In my role, I support the Audi division with telephone sales enquiries, internet enquiries, and live chat. Recently, we have taken on the Mercedes, Jaguar, and Land Rover Division, and I now also help support them with telephone sales enquiries and web enquiries. I have most recently started supporting the Mercedes sales division with contract renewals.

Also within my job role I carry out the following:

• Delivered exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and handling customer complaints.
• Built rapport with new and existing customers to boost client retention.
• Providing guidance on product delivery timeframes.
• Delivered high sales performance within budget to strict deadlines and targets.
• Communicated with potential and existing customers in-person, over telephone and via webchat.

• Set up appointments for the sales reps to go in and sell weatherseal products.
