  • Reason for leaving: Startup was very poorly run and many contractual promises such as commission structures were amended or changed which was unexpected and unacceptable.

  • Exceeded annual billing target as a junior with a single deal worth £75,000, taking 2 months to complete.
  • Was praised by the London director for tenacity, determination and appetite for business development; and the head of renewables for my attention to detail & ability to headhunt niche candidates, then sell them on our clients' opportunities.
  • Reason for leaving: Only role available after graduation during covid. It had a 20k base and poor commission. I was subsequently headhunted into a startup.
