Responsible for end user device management utilising Intune, Jamf and Apple Business Manager, JML (Joiner, Mover and Leaver) IT processes, internal IT equipment (e.g. monitors, printers and Audio-Video equipment), Cloud Services (e.g. Microsoft365, AzureAD) and IT infrastructure (e.g. network related assistance as required) within R3 global offices.
Maintenance of centralized asset management / CMDB to reflected IT equipment issuing state (e.g. In Stock, In Use, To Be Retired), ensure all IT processes are documented, continually improving processes and working to share knowledge across the team to deliver enterprise grade IT Services.
