Working in care for the majority of my adult life has taught me to become adaptable, and communicate well with others, such as patients or relatives. Learning to become more organized, and understanding the importance of documentation. Responding to changes and dealing with them effectively, assisting others to do so where possible.
A confident person, I don't struggle attempting new tasks, or asking for help if unachievable. Priding myself on being a quick learner, I am constantly learning, so I can become "the strong leader I know he can be".
