
I have spent my working life in hospitality and for the last three years have focused heavily on wine, through formal education but mostly work experience. I've honed my delivery and service skills, but have also had the opportunity to work extensively on the administrative side of the business. My passion for hospitality has refined itself completely into a love for working with wine, and I would like to continue pursuing this from a more involved position in either the importing or programme director space.
