  • The ability to clean every area thoroughly, without missing any spots showing great attention to detail throughout my work. As well as being used to working on my feet all day for long hours.
  • Working safely at heights while using heavy equipment such as ladders, poles and other smaller window cleaning equipment. This ties in with having knowledge of safety regulations and equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for myself and others daily.
  • Familiarity with the techniques and skills used for cleaning windows alongside a lot of problem solving, such as cleaning windows that are hard to reach or dealing with specific customer requests.
  • Time management skills to maintain and manage cleaning schedules to meet client deadlines and commitments to customers each maximising the number of houses that can be cleaned in a day whilst keeping customer satisfaction and retention at the highest standard.
  • Having strong communication skills regularly speaking to customers from knocking on doors, customer requests or solving problems with client’s multiple times a day. As well as meeting new customers and quoting prices for certain cleaning work that they have enquired about.
  • Driving a Van with large equipment each day as well as working independently and as part of a team as I would sometimes go round with another colleague to clean windows working together to be efficient and quick completing more jobs than an independent window cleaner.
