Liaised with existing customers to arrange vehicle collections and deliveries via email and telephone to maintain good relationships. Re-ran quotes to ensure competitive pricing and accuracy and dealt with general incoming enquiries from customers. Throughout the process, I kept customers regularly updated, ensuring they felt informed and valued at every stage.

A key part of my role involved providing friendly and professional service over the phone, including managing complaints and resolving issues calmly and effectively.
