With a strong background in customer service, administration, and sales support, I am now seeking to transition into a career as cabin crew—a role that aligns with my passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working as part of a team, and thriving in fast-paced, people-focused environments. Throughout my previous roles, I have developed excellent communication skills, remained calm under pressure, and handled a variety of customer interactions both face-to-face and over the phone. I'm highly organised, friendly and approachable, and take pride in maintaining a positive, professional attitude. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to a dynamic cabin crew team, where I can contribute to creating a welcoming and safe experience for passengers.

Personal travel and job search following redundancy.
Collaborated with sales representatives to propose deals and process orders using CRM. Liaised with existing customers to arrange vehicle collections and deliveries via email and telephone to maintain good relationships. Re-ran quotes to ensure competitive pricing and accuracy and dealt with general incoming enquiries from customers. Throughout the process, I kept customers regularly updated, ensuring they felt informed and valued at every stage.
I got offered a full-time job back here to work a more sales focused role before the company unfortunately closed down. My duties included calling customers from the live database, dealing with general admin duties and end of lease queries. I also dealt with incoming calls and monitored emails to ensure excellent customer service is provided and everything is kept up to date. I also completed general front of house tasks such as greeting visitors and providing them with refreshments.
Made redundant due to the company losing Eco funding from the government. I then spent October - November looking for a new job following the redundancy.
I supported the customer service team by communicating directly with customers, handling enquiries and collecting details for new leads. I ensured all information was recorded accurately and promptly in a shared system, allowing the sales team to follow up efficiently. A key part of my role involved providing friendly and professional service over the phone, including managing complaints and resolving issues calmly and effectively. This role strengthened my ability to deliver a high level of service to a wider variety of customers.
I started here as an apprentice and completed my Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration. During the four years I worked in this role, I supported the sales team by confidently handling customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face. I consistently provided a polite, friendly and professional service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. My role also involved general administrative duties, all of which required accuracy and attention to detail. I thrive under pressure, particularly during busy periods, and I pride myself on maintaining excellent communication and teamwork.
