I am a hard working, talented, devoted, reliable, and compasionate Support Worker with over 5years working experience supporting individual with learning disability and autism, mental health, people with challenging behaviour, alcohol dependent, hospital setting experience by supporting recovery patient and women in the maternaty, respite care. In this role, i focused on improving client lives through high-quality support and patient instruction. Proficient in life, financial and social skills, helping clients integrate into community and live more robust lives. Creative and empathetic assistant with 5 years of experience building community and developing social skills through incremental therapeutic techniques. in this i understand the important of confidentiallity and person center care. These made me to be effective, efficient and productive support worker. Im looking forwards to applying these in my new role and to learn alot more.
