- Provide financial administrative support to Contract Manager by reporting operational costs, using Power BI.

- Assisted with monthly, quarterly and year end processes; including billing via AX/ People Soft.

-Maintaining supplier relations and providing financial support through invoicing portals.

- Manage and maintain KPI metrics; client debt, invoice exception pool, profitability, GRNI, WCP, UBR/ UER.

- Facilitate lunch and learns during system migrations to provide support to non-financial managers and wider CS team.

- P&L management and cost management to maintain margin's to plan/ forecast.

- Completed detailed budget preparations including re-forecasting and reporting back to central finance team and senior management during monthly contract reviews.

- Facilitate and organise charity events in partnership with client and suppliers by utilising relationships built. (Estates Day, Charity Raffles for Royal Free Trust, step challenge and fund raise for Alzheimer's Society).

- By creating trusting and professional relationships with client, I was able to clear over £900,000 worth of debt from a contract, including £95,000 of bad debt over a 6 month period.

- Improved 'approved on time' invoices by 25% in a 2-month period since starting on Imperial contract. In April 2025, 97% of invoices are paid on time and WCP reached £90,000.
