- In this role I worked as a laborer under the boss. The duties I carried out were to ensure equipment was clean and ready for the job load and unload the van ready for the work in hand. Prepare ladders etc. ready to go on the roof. Following instructions that were given to me, allowing me to work in the team and alone, I was given jobs to prepare the roof ready to lay down the lining and helped with the roofing process. My timekeeping was always good and I was always prepared to work hard

- During my time at school I attended a placement at Castercliff Primary school. The job that I did whilst there, was working alongside the PE coach delivering PE sessions to all students of different ages. I was given the opportunity to plan sessions on my own and deliver them to the young children. A big part of my time at Castercliff I worked with children that had additional needs, behavioral issues providing sessions that they were able to engage in on their own levels. I was able to provide opportunities for the children to try new sports and engage them in areas not normally available to them. I worked well with the Coach and other members of staff at the school and had good positive relationships with both staff and young children.
