During my role as a band 5 staff nurse in an Acute medical ward which provides care for all age ranges and medical conditions, I delivered consistently high standards of individualised nursing care, best maintaining patients' health and wellbeing. During this role I also collaborated with multidisciplinary team members for holistic patient care, whilst upholding the highest standards of professional ethics whilst dealing with sensitive information. During my time on the ward I often took charge on shift as a senior staff member, demonstrating excellent time management skills whilst handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. I was in charge of a large number of patients and delocating to staff and prioritising tasks. whilst working on such a large ward I achieved successful treatment outcomes by meticulously following doctor's instructions. I have also managed emergency situations effectively, maintaining calm under pressure, from unwitnessed falls to cardiac arrests. on each shift I administered presrcibed medcaitons both oral and Intravenous methods to enhance patients conditions and relieve symotoms. I devised personalised nursing care plans for each assigned patient. I maintained accurate patient records, ensuring data integrity, whilst also facilitating therapeutic communication with patients to understand their needs better. On each shift I worked closely with fellow nurses, doctors and clinicians for consistent communication and continued best care practices.

Throughout my time working with Frontline Agency, I worked in numerous wards across the region. Some of the roles that I achieved during this poisition are listed below

Throughtout my time in the Emergency Department I learned how to assess and prioritised patients' needs, ensured efficient workflow. I adhered strictly to hospital policies and protocols; upheld highest standards of professionalism in nursing practice. During this time I also responded swiftly during emergencies for rapid intervention, due to many critically unwell patients arriving to the deprtment at one time. i feel I have learned how to deal with stressful situations calmly; ensured optimal performance under pressure. I provided high-quality patient care, improved patient satisfaction by monitoring vital signs regularly, detected abnormalities promptly and demonstrated empathy towards patients whilst delivering care, engendered trust and comfort. During each shift I coordinated with other departments smoothly for comprehensive care delivery service, whist also organising the emeregency department efficently to maintian an orderly environment conducive for treatment. I Administered life saving medication to patients, i also ensured medication was provided to reduced discomfort and pain.

Whilst working with MPA recruitment i provided care for a wide range of clients, in various settings, ranging from day centres, hospitals and nursing homes. Handled challenging behaviour from dementia-affected individuals effectively without resorting to force or intimidation. Upheld patient confidentiality at all times whilst performing duties as per data protection norms set down by the NHS. Assisted elderly residents with daily tasks such as eating, bathing and dressing up for an enhanced quality of life while living in care homes. Collaborated with nurses to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring a smooth recovery path.

Provided emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.

During my time as a domiciliary care worker, I provided person centred care in individuals own homes. I gained trust from my clients to be in their home and ensured safety while providing care for them. I improved client well-being with regular health assessments and proactive communication with healthcare professionals. I provided medicaiton to patients as per policy. I provided adequate nutritiona nd fluid intake by providing meals and ensuring patients had accurate fluid balance to prevent dehydration. Developed strong rapport with clients by delivering compassionate care tailored to individual needs. I ensured safety and security of patients through vigilant monitoring of health conditions and swift action during emergencies. Fostered a comfortable environment for clients by promoting independence and dignity whilst performing daily duties. During this time I handled end-of-life care including palliative support offering comfort during difficult times. I also supported families during this time and liased with multi-disciplanry team with any concerns or change in patients needs.
