I’m a first-generation Lithuanian migrant living in the UK. My family moved here from Lithuania to give me better opportunities and a stronger future — and that journey has shaped how I view life, work, and personal growth. Being raised in a hardworking household taught me the value of resilience, consistency, and making the most of every chance I get.
From a young age, I’ve always been adventurous and curious — I often call my experiences “side quests” because I love exploring new challenges, whether it’s learning a skill, starting a business, or stepping outside my comfort zone. That mindset has led me to explore everything from combat sports like Muay Thai and boxing to playing basketball, going to the gym, creating content, and diving deep into entrepreneurship.
At 16, I took my first step into business by reselling electronics and clothing. I loved the thrill of researching products, negotiating deals, and making profit through smart strategy and timing. From there, I evolved into Amazon FBA, where I sourced products and sold them online, generating over £700 in sales within just a month and a half. The experience taught me about marketing, pricing, inventory, customer behaviour — and, most importantly, the power of taking action.
I’ve also started exploring digital marketing, media buying, and automation — particularly how AI and online systems can be used to grow businesses remotely. I'm constantly experimenting with tools, platforms, and strategies to see what works and how I can help others do the same.
Through all of this, I’ve discovered my passion lies in sales. I love speaking to people, understanding what they need, and showing them how a product or service can solve their problem or improve their life. I believe sales is not just about making money — it’s about building trust, creating genuine relationships, and delivering real value. I enjoy the challenge of communication, negotiation, and persuasion — and I’m excited to pursue a career where I can sharpen these skills every day.
Looking ahead, I want to build a successful, remote career in sales, marketing, and business development — one that gives me the freedom to travel, create, and continue learning. I believe my background, life experience, and mindset make me adaptable, coachable, and motivated to succeed in any high-performance environment.
My experience in this role has been both enjoyable and valuable. I’m responsible for preparing a wide range of food and drinks, including desserts, hot meals, and beverages. I work regularly with equipment such as grills, ovens, oil fryers, blenders, waffle and crêpe machines, ensuring all items are made to a high standard and served promptly.
I also take customer orders, provide friendly service, and help maintain a clean and organised front-of-house environment. Working around 25 hours per week, I’ve strengthened key skills in customer service, teamwork, time management, and handling pressure in a busy hospitality setting.
