Uttoxeter,United Kingdom

Summary

I was a dedicated mental health nurse with a focus on patient-centered care in various healthcare settings and demonstrated skill development through hands-on experience and continuous learning.

My expertise in mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and therapeutic communication meant that I could develop a better nurse / patient rapport. I developed a passion for promoting mental wellness and supporting patients in their recovery journey, gaining my Occupational Health Certificate whilst working for the Police Force. I also gained extensive experience in the forensic mental health area.

My retail experience has been gained whilst working for a major retailer.

Through my working life I have enjoyed helping others by giving my time to worthwhile causes, taking part in indivdual events to raise funds for well known charities.

Investing time to help various charitable organisations has lead me to volunteer in my local hospice shop. Here I can offer my strong customer service skills and positive attitude using my knowledge for a clean shopping environment, stacking shelves and till experience. I enjoy using my problem solving and teamworking skills within the role.
