• Clinical assessment, treatment and follow up of patients of all ages presenting with various ailments both acute and chronic conditions and provided relevant medical advice.
• Reviewing of pathology results, imaging and other patient investigations.

DEPARTMENTS AND GP POST INCLUDING PAEDIATRIC ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY, CLINICS, PSYCHIATRY, GENERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE/GERIATRICS
• Act as first point of contact for patients experiencing physical or mental health problem.
• I perform clinical assessment and examination to diagnose and monitor patient’s condition including treatment of patients with mental health illness
• Work with wider multidisciplinary teams including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists involved in patient care.

• Clinical assessment including clerking, examination and initial investigation of patients presenting with various medical and surgical conditions.
• Daily ward round and review of patients admitted to the ward and providing day to day treatment under the supervision of admitting consultant.

• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management.
• Educated family members about patient condition, facilitating their understanding and cooperation.

• Carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently.
