Working as a member of a small, dedicated team carrying out major overhaul and periodic servicing of EC 225, AS332, AS 532, EC135 and EC155 Helicopters. The work involved removal, inspection, repair, servicing and refit and subsequent testing of all Helicopter Dynamic components and associated systems.

Working on EC225, S92, S76 and Bell412 Helicopters at Bristow maintenance facilities in Aberdeen, Scotland and Lagos, Nigeria carrying out G checks and periodic servicings. The work included complete strip and rebuild of all Helicopter systems and subsequent functional testing in preparation for return to service. I also carried out major and minor structural repair to all Helicopter types. I was also a member of a team carrying out long term storage programs on EC225 and S76 Helicopters.

Working on AS332 and EC225 Helicopters, carrying out major overhaul, structural repair and customer modification programs.

• Performed thorough quality checks, repairing, reworking and replacing parts and assemblies as needed.
• Carried out structural adhesive bonding preparation through [Task], accurately meeting product specifications.
• Assembled and fit structural parts and subassemblies to detailed specifications.
• Interpreted blueprints, isometric drawings and work orders effectively to produce quality results.
• Carrying out High end structural modification program on Gulfstream G5 Halo project for German science community consortium.

Working as an aircraft mechanic/structures fitter on Airbus 319, 320 and Boeing 737, 757 and 767 aircraft carrying out major structural repair and complete system overhaul during C and D checks of all aircraft types.

Working as an aircraft mechanic/structures fitter on Boeing 747 and McDonnel Douglas DC 10/MD11 aircraft carrying out cargo conversion program and type conversion including customer modification programs. The work included complete system overhaul of all aircraft systems and removal and re-assembly of all major flight control components and landing gear.

Working as a structures fitter on Boeing 727, 737, 747 and 767 aircraft, carrying out major structural repair including skin section replacement on all aircraft types.

Working as an aircraft mechanic/technician on Panavia Tornado, Bae Harrier and Sepecat Jaguar aircraft carrying out flight line servicing, major and minor overhaul and modification programs.
