- After completing 6 months as an operator with Formaplex I was fast tracked to Tool hanger training,
- Once qualified, I worked as a Tool hanger in this role for 2 years increasing the companies monthly out put in sales drastically due to my individual speed and efficiency ! As I became more invested in the company and had a thirst for more knowledge and wanted to development in our sector, I applied for several internal positions in alternative departments and excelled in every department with offers to become a team leader in two of these departments. To date I am the only employee in the company to be qualified in 6 different professions within the industry.
- Machine operating- moulding plastic component parts for high performance vehicles. [Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Mclaren]
- Tool hanger- removal/install of moulds {1T-27T } aluminium/steel after completion/start of run. using sliding gantry cranes [5-35T]
