Hobbies and Interests

Enjoy watching all sports - both individual and team competition, but with particular love of all things football. Was a keen player for several years in local league teams until the body said no more. Challenged into running the London Marathon a few years ago - raising several thousand pounds for Guide Dogs and, despite saying 'never again', four years later I ran it once more to raise funds for a colleague who was diagnosed with a serious illness - raising money both for him and the MND charity. Not only did I exceed my personal fund-raising target, I also improved on my previous finish time by over an hour.
