Summary

I have over 19 years experience in the manufacturing industry. In that time I have been the assembly lead in cross functional teams that have delivered a number of successful launches for Magna supplying JLR, Vauxhall and Bentley. This has meant building teams and processes from the card board city pre-build stage to SOP and beyond. In my role WCM Coordinator I have produced and delivered training package's for lead hands and operators as well as leading CI improvements on site. Currently I am working a number of CI projects at Surface Transforms. I see myself as a hard working dedicated team player with a passion for improving both processes and people.
