A dedicated member of staff. I bring a set of talents that I believe will be valuable from my time at Bradford teaching Hospitals. In my Data Quality Improvement role, I honed my abilities in data validation and data collection, providing a solid foundation for the Data Quality position. My communication strength, people-centric nature and eagerness to please have afforded me excellent customer service, time keeping, using my own iniatitive to work well under pressure, within a team as well as on my own. And always willing to learn and to go above and beyond.

Working within the Collections and Enforcement Team with the Ministry of Defence Public Sector. Carrying out basic administration duties processing claims/fines of driving and and numerous offences on to the internal database named Libra. Also using internal intelligence systems namely DWP, Equifax and HMRC, to gather background checks on defendants, also had full training on using Prison Data as and when to verify if a defendant is or was in prison. Dealing with incoming calls from members of the public setting up payment plans to pay that is affordable for the defendant.

To deal effectively with members of the public and internal enquires via email and over the telephone. Settling payment rates for unpaid fines for a range of offences ie driving offences that have gone through the Courts. Using a wide range of computer software including Word, Excel and Outlook and Internal Systems where by full extensive training was provided. Handling incoming and incoming emails and transfer of documents to other local courts. Also initiating further enforcement action, contributed to team goal-achievement by collaborating with staff to develop customer service improvement initiatives.

Supported timely and accurate administrative task completion.

Worked within a daily Enforcement Rota dealing with Further Steps Operational reports, hitting daily targets.

Managed database to maintain updated records and accuracy.

Greeted and directed incoming visitors and clients to reduce wait times and increase satisfaction.

To identify where data is incorrect and, with support from the DQ Improvement Lead, identify the best method of correcting errors and preventing errors from re-occurring.
To receive data-quality reports daily and using relevant SOP to correct the data on the patient administration system.

Accomplishments

  • I am currently and organ donation ambassador sharing my own personal story of having a heart transplant five years ago. I love to be able to spread awareness throughout the media and social media so I can spread awareness of how important organ donation is. I love going to different events and talking in front of and amongst large groups of people. So I can hopefully change someone’s else life like mine has.

My hobbies are sport, dancing, reading, gardening, walking, driving, day trips out, eating in nice restaurants.
