I am passionate about bringing physical and mental wellness to people of all backgrounds, abilities, and capacities.
At 13 years old, I underwent multiple hip surgeries and was told that an active lifestyle would not be possible. Thankfully, I was stubborn enough to try anyway. Through the guidance of incredible teachers and the power of corrective movement, I have been able to live a fully active, pain-free life—continuously improving every day!
My 1:1 personal training business, KezaKineticz, has been successfully running since mid-2020. Since then, I have launched my online subscription platform, KezaWellness.com, a brand dedicated to those who feel excluded from traditional fitness offerings. It’s designed for people with limited time, capacity, or resources—helping them prioritize their well-being in a way that fits their lifestyle.
KezaWellness focuses on helping busy individuals manage their physical health in the workplace, keeping them pain-free, productive, and performing at their best. Our mission is to improve quality of life, which in turn enhances quality of work.
As a trainer, my goal is to deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable sessions, ensuring that clients work to the best of their abilities in that moment. I am committed to educating people on movement, helping them understand their bodies, and empowering them with the tools to relieve pain.
I have fought hard for my physical abilities, and I am grateful every day that I get to share my knowledge and passion with others.

Thanks to my theatre roots, I thoroughly enjoy the privilege of going to the theatre in London. I cycle to commute, enjoying the city and including automatic movement in my day. I have recently completed my first marathon-slow and steady but so enjoyable and I look forward to continuing my running journey. My partner and I enjoy playing squash, eating out planning our next escape to a sunny destination!
