Summary

I am empathetic and hard working, with around 20 years working with individuals, including those with special educational needs.

I feel I have a calm, caring, consistent approach and have used this throughout my time working alongside students with challenging behaviour. Being a good listener is one of my strengths. I have stayed in education due to a strong desire to offer support and guidance to individuals with the aim of improving their experience and outcomes so that they felt supported and empowered to succeed.
