Summary

Resourceful employee with many years experience predominantly in customer service. I am ideally seeking a position that will offer me an opportunity to work on a part time basis using any skills that I have at my disposal but also offers me an opportunity to develop new ones. I have competently carried out a variety of roles mainly in front facing operations; my most recent role has been to help young adults with complex needs and vulnerabilities to move closer to the labour market using a holistic approach. Previously I have managed teams and resource, looked at ways of improving performance as well as quality of processes and service. I have consistently worked to a high level, proven myself to be reliable and adaptable and a quick learner. I have talent in using a varied number of software packages inclusive of Word and Excel. Through out my Government career I have been effective at building up and maintaining relationships with other agencies and organisations and respected by colleagues I have worked alongside to collectively meet the needs of customers in order to ensure their support needs are met by helping them to overcome barriers. Throughout my career, I have never been reluctant to put my 'own stamp' and think of ways to improve/streamline new processes or Government initiatives having worked on various new projects which have resulted more than once in me making a contribution to new guidance.
