My role within the company was a purchase ledger clerk , telephone duties , faxing, matching, batching etc Purchase Ledger Clerk/ Sales ledger
I worked for the company processing payroll for different clients I would receive emails and faxes of employees hours then I would process them and send them out to the clients this was processed on day to day basis. Purchase Ledger Clerk /sales ledger/ payroll clerk, stock control/ vat returns
I started at the company as a purchase ledger clerk and progressed within company. I gained NVQ'S in customer service to administration and basic book keeping and accounts. I took on the roll as an office supervisor which involved being in charge of office duties which included sales ledger/ purchase ledger/ payroll/ vat returns/ stock control/ answering telephone/ dealing with queries and complaints etc
Over my working career I have gained skills
working as a purchase / sales ledger clerk also
learnt my way up to gaining and NVQ in payroll
I also done NVQS in administration and
customer service and basic book keeping and
also given the responsibility of being an office
supervisor over seeing day to day duties
showing good communicating skills to
customers I am a good reliable person good
time keeping friendly and always willing to learn
and to work on my own initiative or in a group
