  • Reporting directly to the HR Director within a shared service model, I serve as a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), I lead a team consisting of both HR Advisors (HRAs) and recruiters.
  • Enhanced organisational effectiveness via strategic workforce planning, partnered with 2 ELT members for restructuring both the Sales and Finance functions to ensure their readiness for future growth as the business transitions to a Solution Selling model, supporting the CHMM initiative. This ensuring we are strategically organised to meet the ambitions of our global strategy.

  • (F+G has approx. 1300 UK Atkins Europe approx. 800 Ireland, Norway, Sweden Denmark.)I manage the delivery of experience hire, temp & contractors and early careers recruitment. Having a team of 7 in India to deliver the experienced hire recruitment operation, they support me with the delivery of talent attraction campaigns, selection and onboarding of new hires into the F+G and Europe, ensuring delivery is cost effective, efficient and in a timely manner.
  • In this role I also work with Early Careers to deliver the required numbers for Apprentices, Placements and Graduates, I also lead the Early Careers champions within the business and ensure engagement and collaboration with universities and learning providers ensuring that social value is met within projects.
