I am an accomplished entrepreneur and carry a varied bag of skills - having founded and successfully operated a mobile beauty business for over a decade. My experience spans beauty services (spray tanning and nail services), healthcare administration, and team management. I built a distinguished client base including celebrity and high profile clientele through exceptional service delivery and reputation management.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial flair through the launch of a secondary dog walking business "Pawsome walks" in 2023, thus combining my passion for animals with business expertise while maintaining work-life balance around family commitments. Proven track record in scaling service-based businesses and developing strong customer relationships built on trust and professionalism.

Bringing extensive leadership experience as a former shop manager, successfully overseeing teams of up to 8 staff members in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. Combines strong organisational capabilities with exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated through diverse roles requiring discretion, empathy, and professional communication.

My healthcare experience includes over 2 years as a Ward Clerk in an adult inpatient mental health unit. I have recently relocated with my husband a young family to Lincolnshire. My children are now all in full time education, and I felt ready to embark on something new.

Having a varied employment and education background, I consider myself an explorer! I like to explore avenues of interest, not limiting myself and always like a challenge. I don't feel we should slot into one box (people don't belong in tick boxes)

I was in the drivers seat for a while, but now feel very ready to help an individual or organisation by applying my previous experiences to a new challenge and work alongside like minded individuals/teams to achieve great things!
