Committed to teamwork while maintaining independence, with strong communication skills and computer proficiency. Focused on goal setting to drive continuous professional growth.
In October 2021, I passed my senior interview. I had great knowledge of the business and department, and was delivering targets above goal. As well as completing all daily tasks as mentioned below, this role also requires managing the team inbox, responding to queries from other departments - which requires clear communication, and rectifying errors. I attend a weekly senior meeting, where I discuss issues that have arisen, and how they can be prevented in the future. We liaise this with management and within our team. As a senior, I am responsible for answering team queries, which inspired me to create a ‘billing bible’ using frequently asked questions from the team. This gets used daily to help everyone get guidance on the processes of how to put together the billing packs for different customers. I also use this when training new starters in the team.
In September 2017 I moved within the company to the damage recovery unit, where I send billing packs to clients and customers, ensuring all paperwork is complete and present by sourcing them from various departments.
I carried this out efficiently and with high accuracy, regularly meeting and often exceeding company targets.
Due to my reliability and high accuracy, I was only 1 of 2 to be given the responsibility of handling larger claims, such as total loss claims.
My job role here was to scrutinize mitigation forms, and provide accurate, clear and concise feedback on how to process these correctly.
I was an account representative, being the go-to person for the customer and the company. This required clear and regular communication, strong relationship building skills, and high quality service. This was over the phone, via email, or face to face, and included working with different departments to resolve complaints.
I completed the monthly billing to a strict deadline, analysing data for discrepancies, investigating and rectifying errors to deliver a high standard of work.
In September 2009, I qualified as a beauty therapist where I gained a strong client base performing beauty and holistic treatments. As well as my reception duties I was also responsible for making sure all salon equipment was working, managing and organising all salon and office supplies, and organising all aspects of group bookings, such as hen parties and special events.
Being front of house, building rapport with customers, handling customer enquiries and complaints, processing bookings and selling memberships.
Handling cash and card payments.
Key holder of the business, responsible for the opening and closing of the gym and salon.
Making sure leisure activities and bookings run efficiently, whilst maintaining equipment and
facility areas.
Set up equipment for various sports-related activities resulting in smooth operations.
Provided information about facilities and services to enhance customer experience.
Responsible for the welfare of up to 25 children, organising the activities, and setting up the equipment correctly, taking into account health and safety guidelines whilst promoting a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Liaising with parents to ensure high customer satisfaction.
