- Lead customer meeting and co-ordinated internal stakeholders to progress these leads, defining requirements and next steps to maintain progression.

- Worked with manager to design a large scale Design of Experiments (DOE) to investigate catalyst preparation methods on custom catalyst supports.
- Personally prepared approximately 400 catalyst samples following the designed procedure, varying PH, mixing speed, formulation and drying method.
- Evaluated the prepared catalyst samples through visually and physical properties, analytical testing through our analytical team and reactor testing.
- Gathered key testing data from catalyst samples to be transferred into a predictive model for future catalyst design
- During this process I identified through reactor testing a catalyst with high selectivity and activity for hydrogenation reactions. This subsequently progressed to manufacture and customer plant testing.
- The catalyst identified is currently being sold and represented a approximately 40% cost reduction compared to our previous commercial iteration.
