I first began working Tuesday and Thursday evenings due to me still being in education but since leaving sixth form i have increased my hours; covering shifts etc. I always ensure that I demonstrate respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed. Also, I consistently arrived at work on time and ready to start immediately. Due to me only working short hours after agreeing to more hours this led me to improve efficiency and productivity by acquiring new skills. I am willing and able to provide valuable support during busy periods, contributing to successful operation under high pressure. Alongside my reception work I assisted with administrative tasks, improving overall functionality of the team helping to represent KMP with exceptional service and presentation.

During the Christmas period I applied for a temporary position at Sainsbury's this helped me gain more confident with the wider general public, I maintained a clean, organised workspace for the efficient operation of checkout area. Dealt effectively with customer complaints, resolving issues professionally and amicably, ensuring I provided excellent customer service to ensure repeat business. Due to a Christmas period I managed high-pressure situations with ease, ensuring customer satisfaction during peak hours.

I operated till systems streamlining the check-out process for customers.

I was in charge of keeping shop floor running most evening after school hours and dedicated most weekends to work there. This gained my confidence in helping the public gain the best possible customer service during their shopping experience. Not only did I have to gain customers attention to gain sale targets each shift I also had to stack shelves so they remained organised and full with stock needed for customers needs and wants.
