  • I setup relationships with The Lifetime SIPP, Liberty SIPP, Curtis Banks SIPP in the UK and in Malta, Momentum pensions.
  • Setup sales distribution agreements with marketing teams who introduced potential new clients to QI. This involved creating an online portal where introducers could upload client information, view completed sales and message members of our team internally.
  • Regularly met with internal & external accounts teams to plan all weekly and monthly budgeting activities. This included invoicing service providers for commission payments along with activities such as: Website redevelopment, lead generation activities, company growth and payroll.
  • Manage existing and new relationships with pension trustees and investment providers in Spain, the Channel Islands and Malta.
  • Quantum International are a UK based IFA firm specialising in SIPP pension transfers and wealth management services.

  • Along with my team, we created 4 separate sales and admin teams around the UK to:
  • Perform initial client contact via telephone or in person.
  • Introduce clients to Quantum and explain the UK pension market, it's changes and the benefits of transferring to a SIPP/ QROP arrangement.
  • Undertake necessary KYC exercises.
  • Generate a complete client file and pass along to the IFA.
  • Targets were implemented to generate 100 new client appointments PCM. These targets were surpassed at all times with an average of 45 new client appointments per week.
  • Paraplanner UK was setup in partnership with Quantum International as an outside marketing arm for the company.
