As an Apple Developer Program Support advisor, I provided administrative support for developers (iOS, Safari and Mac) via phone and email in English and French.
Reading comprehension and writing skill is a must. I acquired more and use those skills with every contact with the developers.
As our developer's first point of contact, I was the friendly voice of Apple, providing customer service, troubleshooting and support.
Developers contact us with issues, therefore, active listening skills is the first think to do to make the developer comfortable, letting them know that we are there to help them and build trust.
Additionally, working as a Mentor, I trained and helped new advisor settling and getting comfortable with their new role.
This gives me a constant perspective on how new comers are challenged when entering a new role.
This will help me organise myself and get settled faster into any new roles.
Recently I have started a working as a Team Manager Apprentice, which gives me insights on the Manager Tools and work environment which feeds my passion to support advisors.
As a TMA, I manage performance and develop Advisors through one-on-ones, check-ins, contact evaluations, and feedback within predefined coaching structure.
