Working with one of the biggest manufacturers in the work in this role I was responsible for the distributor network covering Scotland and Ireland.
During my time with Bayer I developed a good understanding of the market as a whole and worked with key distributors on product development, sales growth and forecasting.
I joined Agrovista who were one of my key customers while working with Bayer.
This move took me into a distributor business with the clear focus of building a sales ledger for them in Scotland where they had a poor presence.
Over the 4 year period I built a strong customer base and grew the business year on year.
I gained a very good understanding of different product groups that were important to my clients which reflects in our wide product base within the groGreen business.
