I now work as a Trust‑Grade SHO in Acute and General Medicine, providing SHO‑level assessment and management of acutely unwell patients on the wards and acute floor. I clerk new admissions, review deteriorating patients, complete essential documentation, and contribute to safe patient flow through daily consultant‑led ward rounds and MDT discussions. I participate in the medical take rota, including evenings and weekends, and maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and clinical governance while developing the competencies expected of an F2 doctor.
