I am looking for a new dimension to my work life to bring the excellent communication and inter-personal skills I have acquired through my teaching background into a customer service role. I'm enthusiastic, and passionate about working with people, giving attentive advice and guidance. I have expert skills when it comes to conversation and discussion. I know how to put people at ease, helping them make decisions, and choices to enhance their well-being. I'm very open to learning new systems and skills, including software and payment systems. Costings and accounting have been a part of my self-employed work. My experiences of collaborative working in teaching and theatre have been overwhelmingly positive, making me keen to work as part of a team. These experiences have made me adept at problem-solving. I have a lot of energy and positivity to bring to a new position!
