In all my roles I have had to be literate and numerated and I have good written and verbal communication skills which I demonstrate on a daily basis when liaising with parents, children, staff, other professionals and doing tasks such as taking and making telephone calls, passing on information to the correct people, making referrals, and sitting in meetings

On a daily basis, I manage my time and workload, when my tasks has been completed I use my initiative and look for other things to do I enjoy being part of a team, however I am happy to work on my own

I have excellent organisation skills which can be demonstrated on a daily basis, I have to get everything ready for the children, staff and making sure the environment is ready, planning, accessing, timetabling, preparing, working out hours and training staff

I have a background in customer service from my varied pervious roles, from, serving customers, helping out on enquiries, answering phones, taking payments, providing day to day care to patients and families and being sensitive to their feeling In my current role I deal with children from all ages, but mostly 3-5 year olds, Children that find school a challenge, families and professionals I am sensitive to their situations, but I am honest and a good listener who goes above and beyond to provide the best service I can

I am IT literate and use various Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and our own in-house computer system on a daily basis I anticipate that you will use your own system and will enjoy the challenge of learning these systems will bring

Summary

I am a loyal employee with solid understanding of training and mentoring employees, dedicated team player, calm, patient, honest, trustworthy, hard working, who is flexible and happy to work any hours that are required and goes above and beyond in my day to day work.

I am proactive and hands-on in task completion, good at working under pressure and meet deadlines daily in my previous roles and in my current role. My current role enquires me to be organised and to have excellent communication when dealing with the children, staff and professionals so that we can care and support our children and families to a high standard.

Also I have an awareness of both risk management, first aid and health and safety and understand what is required in my role, I have to keep up regular training which also involves safeguarding, C.O.S.H, radicalization and many other courses and will be happy to undertake and required training.
