Assisting the Hotel GM was the overall running of both properties and supporting all HOD's.

Strong involvement in Sales, Revenue, M&E business and overseeing all events and using expertise to maximise F&B revenue in restaurant and event business.

Ensured smooth business operations whilst managing multiple departments within a 4* hotel's which boasted 2,400 acres and 27 bedrooms becoming one of the North East's most popular wedding venues which held over 64 wedding in the 2016 and won multiple awards for service and venue of the year.

Managed daily operations to maintain and deliver excellent bistro style food within a 52 seating capacity restaurant which specialised in local fresh produce. Daily menus, bespoke brunches paired with great selection of wines, ales and beverages.

Working with a 5* hotel collection in many areas of event and revenue management over 3 properties.
