• I manage a team of 2 who look after the sales and purchase ledgers along with bank statement postings which I oversee and review. I have provided and continue to provide full training as these staff members were new to Accounts when they started in the roles
• Cashflow which involves daily checking of the vehicle funding bank calendars to ensure no new or demo stock is going fully paid when they are still units in stock
• Preparation of monthly accounts ready for submission of Toyota and Mazda Composites. This includes:

Preparing and posting journals

Goodwill cost analysis with departmental managers

Profit report reconciliations including monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual vehicle bonus accruals

Demonstrator depreciation

Aged stock analysis

Intercompany recharges

• Manual excel accounts for Caterham, Morgan, Microlino and motorbikes
• Providing variance analysis between the current month's results and the prior years results
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Year end Audit preparation
• Liaising with Management to provide support and analysis throughout the month
