  • My biggest love is running, I am not fast nor am I competitive but it helps to keep me fit and it is good for the mind and soul. I have participated in many team runs which have rewarded me with a collection of medals. My biggest achievement is a half marathon and who knows maybe one day this will be extended to a full marathon. I enjoy spending time with my family, eating, drinking and renovating our new home. When I have the opportunity, I love to read, again something that helps to clear the mind and relax.
