Key Responsibilities :


· Completing minutes of meetings for the SMT meetings monthly.

  • Setting up new vacancies when new client packages are requested onto IQX and setting up/editing rate schemes for packages as do I own new package start up process
  • Manage the monthly credit card expenses for 2 senior managers in the community services division. Also currently manage all Conferma Pay transactions.
  • Supervising/ training/ induction of temps/ new starters
  • Creating and sharing bimonthly physical checks spreadsheet/ editing and sharing results with Registered managers
  • Covering the billings admin weekly- Sending out client weekly’s invoices via Tradeshift/IQX
  • Covering some of the Admin and Billings Team leaders duties when on AL or sick if needed.
  • Maintaining all admin process step documents with any new Other solo projects as and when requested by senior colleagues who need admin assistance with any of their processes/ challenges.
  • Owning CL admin induction process.
  • Monitoring of KPIs for administrators
  • Day to day line supervision of administrators including being main point of contact for the team, timetable creation and rearranging when needed for AL and sickness cover.
  • Monthly office visits London/Bristol to spend time with the team and manage whole team projects as and when required
  • Data entry of documents onto IQX
  • Posting/filing of documentation to clients, ordering of supplies for clients/office
  • Supervised a temp on my own who was based in the Bristol office for 5 weeks as part of our document archiving project which was successful.
