Joined as the first technical team member of a mission-driven Web3 startup at idea stage. Responsible for architecting and implementing blockchain-based MVP for land restoration tokenization, enabling community-level impact via agroforestry and regenerative finance conceptualizing RWAs.

• Built and deployed the entire backend system supporting tokenization of restored land — moving the company from concept to MVP-ready in just 3 months, using Golang, MongoDB, and Stellar blockchain with current migration into Soroban.
• Designed a dual-platform ecosystem:

Mobile App (Ionic/Angular): The Geld App; a field data oracle collecting geo-coded evidence of land restoration.

Web Dashboard(Angular): A Configuration portal enabling token workflow setup, permissions, validator management, and decentralized token issuance.

• Secured $10,000 in grant funding via the Stellar Community Fund’s Kickstart Bootcamp by leading the team’s product design, go-to-market strategy, and pitch (1 of only 8 teams funded from 80+ global entries).
• Managed a remote dev team of 3 contractors, overseeing agile sprint planning and weekly QA reviews — achieving >90% feature completion within the MVP timeline.
• Led 6+ grant applications, personally authoring whitepapers and technical documentation; created investor-ready pitch decks that attracted ongoing attention from accelerators, VCs, and social impact circles. Helped Geld gain entry into the 2024 Novella CVL Accelerator Program, supporting long-term traction, product-market validation, and business mentorship.

Joined as a trainee engineer and quickly rose to lead blockchain development for a pioneering digital traceability platform, working across multiple public blockchains (Stellar, Ethereum(includes layer 2), Solana) and end-to-end technical delivery for supply chain integrity solutions. Led cybersecurity remediations, wallet development, protocol architecture, and partnership engagement.

• Built & scaled 5+ blockchain-based product lines, including NFT marketplaces, Web of Trust systems, and proof-based supply chain records — delivering services to clients across Europe, South Asia, East Asia and the South Caucasus region.
• Helped reduce dev cycle time by 30% by engineering a reusable blockchain transaction gateway in Golang, enabling seamless Stellar-based transaction submissions across all Tracified products.
• Resolved a critical frontend vulnerability involving key exposure in Stellar signing. Researched and implemented a secure backend XDR unmarshalling/signing system in Golang — a breakthrough that resolved a long-standing exploit, closing the loop on a grey-hat disclosure and passing security audits.
• Led development of an NFT Marketplace (Angular + Golang + Solidity) to tokenize physical products as digital twins. Architected and deployed smart contracts on Ethereum and integrated multi-wallet support (MetaMask, Freighter, Phantom, Albedo). Enabled minting, transfer, and resale workflows — powering real-world asset tokenization for fashion, gems, and food provenance.
• Helped Design & implement the ‘Tracified Wallet’, adding key management, seed phrase security, and PGP-based digital signatures for Web of Trust endorsements across the supply chain.
• Launched Authorized Change (POAC) tracking on the Tillit Explorer, a blockchain explorer for supply chain records. Engineered a version-controlled reconciliation system for verifying updates without breaking on-chain data integrity.
• Worked directly with cross-border clients & partners in Sri Lanka, Norway, and the EU. Presented technical solutions and helped the team pitch for 3+ major grant schemes, including SCF and EU DPP.
• Evangelized blockchain use cases at conferences and workshops, positioning Tracified as a leader in blockchain traceability in the APAC region. Represented the team at stakeholder meetings with 99X and 360ip (portfolio parent companies).
• Collaborated in a 6-person core tech team within a 25-person company. Operated in hybrid agile environments, managing stakeholder expectations, sprint reviews, and product testing cycles.

• Built and deployed a secure HR management portal using .NET Core 5 and Azure, enabling Microsoft service integration through Microsoft Graph API.
• Designed and implemented core back-end logic with Entity Framework and SQL Server, focusing on data integrity and transactional consistency across employee profiles and HR activities.
• Conducted functional & non-functional feasibility analyses, UI prototyping, agile development, and post-deployment testing.
• Ensured scalability and maintainability by modularizing API endpoints and following SOLID principles across the application structure.
