Summary

I believe I am a good fit for the job of customer service advisor for the Ardonagh group because of my prior experience working as a rescue coordinator for call assist as I had to handle a high volume of phone calls coming in as well as transfer calls to other colleagues, handle private information, process payments over the phone and so on, I also worked as a rota manager for my family business Colchester Homecare LTD and in this role I had to send and receive multiple emails, phone calls when speaking with clients and staff, I handled private information when onboarding new staff, I also worked to ensure we had enough supplies available such as PPE, I believe in both of these roles I have shown I have the skills and personality needed to do well in the role I am applying for. That's just based on experience, I am also an aspiring Forex Trader, this means I naturally enjoy keeping up to date on relevant economic events It also shows I know how to manage risk and identify patterns, I also already know someone who currently works with you so integration into the team will likely be slightly easier for me. There is much more I could write to portray myself as a good candidate from my sports background, my mindset and competitiveness, my social skills, my ambitiousness and so on but I will save it for the interview...

Additional Information

I am a 23year old male and if I could describe myself with one word it would be 'Ambitious' I have a win at all cost mentality and can commit myself to achieving any goals I have. I also believe I have strong people skills and natural leadership qualities but when necessary I can and will take the back seat and allow others to lead and showcase their strengths this is why I believe I am a positive person to have in a team environment. I believe that I have showcased these skills and qualities in various areas of my life for example in Amateur boxing which I do at centurions boxing club you need to have a win at all cost mentality but also you need to stay calm and calculated under intense pressure, With forex trading you need to act out of rationality and logic at times as emotions can cause you to deter from your trading plan, you also need to be resilient as trading takes time to learn it took me over 3years roughly to get a profitable plan and I'm still not where I want to be but I won't stop until I am, I believe I can become effective in most scenarios if given a opportunity. Under the "Contacts" section I have also linked my Telegram page and LinkedIn page where you can find my analysis on the financial markets and economics.
