WORK EXPERIENCE

• Set up and operate high speed production lines within Filling and Packing / Main Plant production value stream.
• Resolve short stops and fault findings on production line.
• Carry out 30 minutes quality checks
• Ensure Quality, GMP and Health and Safety standards are adhered to.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure that OEE and daily targets are hit.
• Maintained area and shop floor of working to a high GMP and housekeeping level.
• MERPS / SAPS carried out on both work station pc and RF guns.
• Able to prioritise production to meet CTP ( CONFORMANCE TO PLAN ) and CTV ( CONFORMANCE TO VOLUME ).
• Great teamwork skills.
• Willing to accept challenges and responsibilities without hesitation.
