
Property claims handler within Aviva. Specialised in dealing with inbound customer calls over a wide range of claim types. I have a strong background in assessing, analysing and handling claims at a fast pace while also managing a personal caseload of existing claims to ensure these remain up to date. My role requires me to assess policy information and cover to make accurate claim decisions for our customers. I have a particular skill in dealing with fraud related claims and i am the “fraud champ” for my team meaning I work closely with the fraud triage team and maintain excellent fraud statistics for my team.
