Working as a Car Sales Executive, I would be taking leads from online, telephone and walk in customers
I would be discovering exactly what needs the customer had and making sure I sold the correct vehicle and also products so the customer was happy with the service
I would order vehicles from the factory when needed and loaded with customers on lead times and delivery dates to ensure targets were met in house
I used the systems I was trained on to find the best possible deal for both parties and to make the most profit for the company.

At this job my primary role is to hot dip galvanise the steel from customers to the highest standard using the overhead cranes
I do have other duties such as making sure the acid is to the correct strength needed to optimise workflow and then to keep on top of all chemicals needing to be added to the baths at any time
I can also prepare the steel to be galvanised and at the opposite side of that, package the steel ready to be sent back to the customers
When doing this I would adhere to the correct manual handling practices making sure that the safety of my colleagues and myself was always priority.

This job requires me to manage all of the interned enquiries that we receive in the business, making sure they are all handed professionally and within a timely manner
I would investigate into why a customer has enquired on a specific car and see if it suits their needs, after this I would provide a video of the vehicle showing the customer all of the key features of the car
After this I would present the figures and take a reservation fee if the customer is happy
Then the aftersales process starts, preparation of the car is organised and then a handover completed
The key aim is to sell the companies products on top of the car itself, in turn making a larger amount of profit for the company.
Within this apprenticeship I am learning the key skills that are needed to be a Management Consultant, I have been working with computer software for the duration of my employment which has improved these skills
I am also working as part of two different teams with separate projects
