Summary

I provide a high standard of work/care for children and staff around me. I have been able to work within my settings planning individual activities/focus activities and specific activities through young person’s play according to their development. Also Planning next steps accordance with the EYFS providing a suitable extended play. I am also aware and have good knowledge of child development and that all children are equal and individual. I respect and value all culture and backgrounds and encourage others and myself to maintain an create a positive friendly image. My knowledge of the EYFS is always put into practice. Throughout encouraging meal times, managing behaviour with a positive attitude, physical activities, activated which involved communication and literacy etc.

I enjoy using all available resources for children to develop and use my initiative at all times. I can commutate very well and have a good positive energy whilst working alongside my team. I would say I am a real team player with an honest friendly, bubbly very energetic individual. I always strive to do my best and support my team where/when necessary creating a friendly atmosphere for children. I am able to communicate effectively with parents and build trust amongst child/parents professionally. I am a confident and reliable individual. I have experience in working with children for 10eyear form 3months-5years and enjoy developing their emotional needs and supporting their educational needs. I understand safeguarding children and the importance of following risk assessments. I am also very aware of the Policy and Procedures of children protection.

I am confident that I will be able to create a happy role model image for young children and understand the importance of equal opportunities. I have got experience with working with children who suffer from autism and have learning difficulties, proving them with suitable activities/routine that meet their needs. I have also taken courses with including child management Behaviour/Safeguarding Children/ 12-week course promoting positive Down educational needs for Syndrome. I fully understand equal opportunities and have celebrated all festivals at my settings for children to experience a multi culture environment. I have experience in parents evening, (Communicating with parents which involves addressing their concerns) and working together the appropriate next steps in accordance with the EYFS. I have many experiences in writing reports i.e. Prime areas, Specific areas, Observations and linking all children information to the EYFS Development matters.
