Roles and responsibilities:
1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging, and audience identification
2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
3. Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
4. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to suggest out of the box ideas for our marketing campaigns.
5. Assemble insights and data from marketing campaigns.
6. Research and analyse our market competition. Competitor research is a must.
7. Assist in maintaining customer relationship management systems (CRM) and databases of our company.
8. Prepare marketing presentations for our company.
9. Help in marketing promotional activities such as branding, advertising etc.
10. Assist in distributing marketing materials.
11. Assist the marketing team in administrative tasks.
12. Assist in organizing marketing events.

1. Collect payment and manage refund.

3. Call and follow up on orders placed and deliveries

5. Staff attendance, leaves, salary slip etc.
6. Send/Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
7. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access monitor. This will involve making logbook entries or issuing visitor badges
8. Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing etc.
9. Basic administrative duties like maintaining staff/contractors attendance Etc
