I am making this change because having worked 12 hour shifts within a health care environment i want to be able to be at home with my children more. While working in the hospital and care homes i enjoyed working as part of a team and keeping up with relevant training and development. I'm confident my excellent communication skills, time management skills and care and compassion will enable me to help Douglas Home&co achieve their goals providing tailored guidance that helps company's grow from strength to strength.

Although my expertise is within the healthcare sector i have a variety of skills and knowledge that i feel will transfer into this new career.

I am an organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I have a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. I am a diligent team member with skills and training to support and assist colleagues, where i can work fast to stay ahead of continuous workload.
