  • Responsible directly for all the needs of the Construction Director, this was a full-time role where I had to be dependable and adaptable
  • My main responsibilities were as follows:
  • Extensive diary management
  • I was solely responsible for the director's diary, arranging meetings with clients, reoccurring staff meetings and business travel using outlook
  • Arranging meetings with customers, suppliers, or staff
  • I would organise all meetings on behalf of my director
  • Organising catering and providing literature as required
  • Typing up and distributing meeting minutes
  • I was responsible for producing the minutes and distributing to all staff
  • Ensuring all acknowledged any action points for follow up
