  • An investigative process was necessary when answering complex queries from the client and an ability to problem solve through liaison with various departments was imperative.
  • I would provide a comprehensive service, which was reflected through managing emails, requests for service, reports, and prioritising the requests that were more urgent in nature.
  • As I advanced in my position at SSCL, I was able to offer suggestions to issues that appear and think of potential resolutions to increase productivity.
  • I also supported my team by sharing knowledge with teammates through training in certain reports / procedures, which relieved pressure from management.

  • Project work which consisted of data migration in a timely manner to avoid financial repercussions.
  • I presented and lead meetings with various Fire Services across the United Kingdom, building a rapport with Chief Fire Officers to ensure that goals are met.

  • I also was trained in using the warehouse computer system ‘Scale' to be able to locate orders within the warehouse, perform stock transfers, and to provide an accurate answer for customers when to expect dispatch of their items.

Additional Information

I am interested in societal issues, and the welfare of both animals and humans. I have volunteered for the RSPCA whilst at university where I would keep the cattery clean and interact one on one with the cats regardless of their temperament. My main focus for volunteering in my third year of university was with people who are suffering from poverty and those who are homeless. I was part of a Food Club which offers discounted food to those in need and free supplies of hygiene products every week in the local community centre. To fundraise I volunteered in the Christmas fair; which raised money to support the on-going services for the homeless in Northampton.
