Throughout my time in education I have become a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in IT literacy, planning, and administrative support, complemented by expertise in problem-solving and resourcefulness. My work with non verbal individuals has enabled me to become skilled in active listening, team building, and rapport development with both individuals and staff. I believe there should be a focus on individual needs and consideration to any special needs adaptation to ensure individuals can achieve their goals.

My most recent role as a HLTA within Selworthy School has been to act in proxy as a teacher. I have also supported a broad range of learners in classes as well as being part of a team of trained professionals to support a learner with severe SEMH needs.
