My duties at SSFC as bar and events manager is to ensure all match day and non match day events are executed as well as many other non bar and event tasks. I project managed the new building when i first was employed as manager.


There is 5 bars in total onsite and 6 food outlets which i manage and staff.


I do all the ordering, pricing, invoicing etc for the whole site.


I also organise all parties and corporate events.

I take care of all sponsors on match days who have corporate suits as well as some sponsorship queries.


I have around 30 staff to take care of, making sure hours are done weekly and staff are happy when at work.


I have a great relationship with all the staff and believe this is very important.

I would reconcile all suppliers and customers accounts on sage line 50 as well as running the weekly payroll on instant payroll and all banking.

Most of the admin for this role was travel and accommodation documents as i had a team of merchandisers working around the country.
